Secom served as Principal Designer and Client Advisor for many of the residential apartments and hotels that now cover the landscape delivering key value during the pre-construction phase of multiple projects. Safety measures included developing Client briefs, the creation of hazard identification assessments, coordinating design risk assessments, carrying out competency assessments, reviewing construction phased plans and supporting the production of Health and Safety files.
