Hertfordshire Council

Working in conjunction with Hertfordshire Council/ Arup as part of a joint venture, Secom developed and implemented the CDM 2015 regulations in relation to tarmac surfacing projects and road safety programmes in the rural county areas of the county. Secom also developed and implemented the safety strategy for the Council in the Highways Divisions. Secom developed the CDM Programme from the grassroot level all the way through to full implementation.
