Secom provided CDM advisory and Principal Designer support during the pre-construction phase to assist and support on a major refurbishment and fit-out programme at Colchester Hospital. This involved coordinating with Hospital senior member of staff assisting them in choosing the right proposal options and reducing risk as required. Secom also supported the construction phase by conducting regular monthly HSE / CDM inspections.
