Secom carried out the Principal Designer and CDM Advisory role in the fit-out and refurbishment of classrooms and offices working in conjunction with Haringey Council. This involved dealing with all of the safe by design elements in the pre-construction phase, coordinating and assuring all Designers were in compliance with the CDM Regulations and effectively coordinating Contractors in the construction phase.
